The Western Dales
The eastern part of the Yorkshire Dales is dominated by Upper Wharfedale, the largest and most majestic of the Dales. Also included here is Malhamdale with it's famous Cove and Gordale Scar.  Branching off from Upper Wharfedale are Littondale, Coverdale and Langstrothdale.  Some of Great Britain's most challenging and notorious caves can be found in this area.
